The charming staff made for a pleasant atmosphere, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Though the breakfast options could use a bit more variety, the food quality at the restaurant was impressive. A lovely stay with a few small improvements needed.

I appreciated 1 night there. Good standard and wonderful relaxing hotel with a VERY EFFICIENT service, spent my time lovely here. The location was peaceful and easy, in the charming restaurant with easy access to a shopping area and a supermarket. Again, the property was not very far from Killiecrankie Viaduct.
The bed was not very comfortable here.

We particularly enjoyed the cooked breakfasts and the view from our room
From the beginning to the end of our stay no one introduced himself/herself as the manager/owner of the hotel. We still do not know who was in charge.

Small hotel.
Fairly clean place with pleasant staff and lovely view of the eponymous mountain. Plenty of food options around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue. Overall really really nice stay for one night.

Had great meals at the restaurant, especially the tandoori chicken. The only downside was the uphill walk from the town center, which might not suit everyone.

We liked the fact that it was different from the ubiquitous chain hotels - a bit quirky and the breakfast was generous with a good choice of food.
The matttess was a bit hard for my taste but then perhaps I suffer from the Princess and the Pea syndrome!
